We only collect what we need to run the federation and this website:

- Player information needed for competitions, such as date of birth, age category and team, when registrations open.
- Technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.
- Photos and video taken at SSAIFF events, which may show players, officials and spectators.
3.How we use your data
- To answer enquiries and process registrations for players, teams and associations.
- To organise competitions, verify age categories and publish fixtures, results and rankings.
- To share news and event updates you have asked to receive.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
4.Children and young players
Many of our competitions are for players under 18. We process a minor's personal data only with verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not use children's data for tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising.
6.How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Enquiries are normally deleted within 24 months; competition records may be kept longer for results and eligibility history.
7.Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to info@ssaiff.org and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
